Exhibitors are required to submit certificates of Insurance (see below for more information).
Cancellations must be made in writing by May 2. A $25 cancellation fee will be applied. No refunds will be given after May 2.

Exhibitor Insurance Guidance INSURANCE: Exhibitor represents and warrants to APWA that a policy of insurance is currently in effect and will continue to be in effect during the APWA-Mid-Atlantic Chapter event dates with coverage at least as great as follows: broad form general liability insurance including premises and operations, broad form contractual and personal injury coverage. Such insurance shall have limits of liability of not less than $1,000,000.00 single/$2,000,000.00 aggregate. Evidence of such insurance will be made available upon request. Certificate of Insurance:
The Exhibitor is required to show evidence of adequate general liability insurance coverage by furnishing to the APWA Mid-Atlantic Chapter, a certificate or certificates of insurance. The certificate(s) of insurance must include the following information and be in force for the full duration of the conference.
All certificates of insurance issued to the APWA Mid-Atlantic Chapter must: 1. Include the name of the insured, the insurance producer and the insurance company affording the coverage; 2. Indicate the types of coverage and limits; which must be no less than $1,000,000 per occurrence/$1,000,000 in aggregate 3. Include policy numbers and effective and expiration dates of each policy; 4. Provide for thirty (30) days advance written notice to GROUP of any modification, change, or cancellation of any of the insurance coverage’s and 5. Be issued to APWA Mid-Atlantic Chapter (Certificate Holder) and remitted to: APWA Mid Atlantic Chapter Conference 11712C Jefferson Ave 254 Newport News, VA 23606
