Work involves coordinating and supervising the operations of Traffic Engineering, Street Maintenance and Construction, Refuse collection and Grounds Maintenance; and planning construction and maintenance programs for the divisions, including budgetary planning. Requires Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Public Administration or related field and 6 to 9 years experience in administration and budget preparation, with 3 to 5 years of progressively responsible experience in municipal engineering work, including supervisory experience. PE Certification desired.
